Governance Committee
The Governance Committee (GC) ensures POPCORN is achieving its objectives, functions, and provides strategic direction. It provides accountable oversight for the executive committee, scientific committee, and the project operations. The role of the GC is to:
provide oversight including overarching strategy and monitoring of the outcomes of the projects and overall function of the POPCORN Network
advise and provide feedback on reports from all pillar teams, the EC, and the SC to ensure overall success of POPCORN
establish current and future objectives
determine the governance and structural organization of POPCORN
