About This Year’s Conference:
Join us for the third annual POPCORN Conference! Get ready for a day filled with learning, research presentations, and networking. This in-person and online conference will take place on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025 from 9am-5pm EST and on Friday, May 23rd, 2025 from 9am-1pm EST in the vibrant city of Montréal. POPCORN attendees are invited to attend a complimentary cocktail hour on Thursday, May 22nd directly after the first day of the conference. Alcohol will be available for purchase but not included.

As mentioned above, flights and train tickets can be booked through Françoise Nguyen (francoise.nguyen.hsj@ssss.gouv.qc.ca) and will be covered by POPCORN along with hotel rooms. Flights and hotels will be paid upfront by POPCORN and not the attendee.
Additional eligible expenses include: taxis, public transportation, parking, and vehicle mileage ($0.60/km) to and from the hotel and up to $50 for meals (alcohol not included). These expenses will be reimbursed after the conference with receipts.

You may submit your conference expenses for reimbursement after the conference by completing the form and attaching all receipts here. Reimbursements are done via cheque.
